Cancellation policy

Bedtime Besties® subscriptions are ongoing subscriptions with recurring payments at the delivery interval you choose.

There is no minimum subscription term and no cancellation fee. You can pause, reschedule or cancel your subscription at any time through your subscription portal, or by contacting us at dreamteam@bedtimebesties.com.

Cancelling Your Subscription

When you cancel your subscription, no further recurring subscription payments will be taken.

If a recurring payment has already been processed and your order has entered fulfilment before you cancel, cancelling the subscription will not automatically cancel that order. Your statutory cancellation and refund rights in relation to that order are not affected.

Paused Subscriptions

There are up to 12 Bedtime Besties in each series. If you catch up with the latest published Bestie, we will automatically pause your subscription until the next Bestie is available. No recurring payment will be taken while your subscription is paused waiting for the next release.

Before your subscription restarts, we will contact you to let you know that the next Bestie is ready and that your subscription is due to resume.

You can cancel your subscription while it is paused if you do not want it to restart.
